here's why helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs communicate their gifts & passions to build a sustainable, profitable heart-centred coaching business is my passion:

I've been in the online space since 2019.

My passion for building my first business, which is a foreign language coaching business helping people speak foreign languages confidently didn't take off forĀ a long time after posting, and posting and posting on social media.

The online spaceĀ was getting noisier during the start of the pandemic, and I was furious:

I saw so many accounts sharing BS, going viral by fearmongering people, posting downright bad advice that I knew would never help anyone improve.

I knew I was a d**n good coach, my students raved about my services, but I couldn't grow my coaching business solely relying on referrals. It took me 2 years of consistent posting, barely making $1-2k months to realise:

It's not the most experienced coach that gets to make a real impact in their business.
It's the one that masters how to communicate their offers in ways it makes sense to their potential clients.

The coaching industry is in ruins.

Thousands get burned by bad coaches and their bad offers, self-proclaimed "experts" get to build their empires by getting attention, while the real experts and purpose-driven entrepreneurs are watching from the sidelines: either paralysed by their fear of being seen, overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes to get seen, and failing to catch the right people's attention.

Over the last 3 years, I became OBSESSED - and that is an understatement - with helping heart-centred coaches, purpose-driven mentors connect with their audience, and convert the committed segment of their audience into dream clients they get to build their soul tribe with.

Messaging tapping into the power of:

  • subconscious communication,
  • salesĀ and behaviour psychology,
  • and leadership language

is what allowed me to show up as an authority, stand out with my unique set of skills, gifts and passions, and get to work with people who don't give up, are coachable and have been working with me for years.

The problem is:

most coaches think they know how to communicate to their audience, they have years of experience, they keep sharing content people love - but they struggle to either get clients on a consistent basis, or scale their business to beyond 5-10k/months.

The following three lessons I learned and thatĀ helped meĀ run a sustainable business with consistent revenue are going to save you years of struggle:

1. It's not knowingĀ having the most experience, but being able to translate your experience so that it lands with your potential clients that make you a real expert.

2. It's your ability to catch and hold the right people's attention with the way you communicate, in addition toĀ your authenticity, that helps you build real connections and convert them into dream clients.

3. If you don't value money in your business, why even run a business? Impact-driven money-making using your magnetic messaging is all about guiding the right people so they make a decision out of possibility.
